‘A Cappella’ Programme, Friday 15 NOVEMBER 2019

Proposed A Cappella Programme for choir (with Toby Hession on piano, directed by Graham Ross):

Rehearsal & Concert, Church of St Peter & St Paul, NEWNHAM, Kent, ME9 0LL

( starts at 10:30 with rehearsal, then…..lunch, rehearsal, time for a drink at the pub The George opposite, and/or check into accommodation,  before the concert at 7:30PM with dinner – with wine – after….)

Repertoire List Here’s a list of Graham’s suggested links, plus some of the scores attached here, so that we’re all working from copies in the same key etc.

(singers will want to order any of the copyright scores asap to ensure they arrive in time, as delivery can sometimes be quite slow). Graham & Pippa stress the need for even the most accomplished singers and sight-readers to know and learn the pieces beforehand, please.

Dress code for choir & orchestra in concerts:
Primary colours of Red, white or blue shirts/sweaters/jackets/dresses/tops with black/dark trousers/skirts/bottoms please
(dress warm: there will be hot food and beverages but churches take awhile to warm up in November!)
