S’il vous plaît noter les changements du 2 Juillet 2013 au les règles relatives aux bagages Easyjet et plus particulièrement exigences relatives à Instruments de musique. Les règles de BA sont quelque peu différents (et un peu moins claire et des restrictions de taille sont devenus plus serré. Veuillez vérifier auprès de votre compagnie aérienne avant le départ.

S’il vous plaît noter également cet autre conseil. Nous savons, à partir des expériences bien documentées de Stephen Isserlis et autres, comment incertain, nous sommes toujours à savoir si des instruments plus grands qu’un piccolo peuvent être transportés dans les bagages à main (violon) et / ou vous obligent pas à exercer tout autre bagage à main ainsi et / ou d’exiger un siège qui leur est propre (violoncelle). De nombreuses tentatives ont été faites pour clarifier ce sur les vols en Europe et aux compagnies aériennes / aéroports fonctionnent encore des règles différentes. En règle générale, notre expérience est que, avec accord préalable au moment de la réservation, EasyJet, Swiss, Lufthansa, Air France / KLM et BA auront de petits instruments comme bagage à main et que les violoncelles besoin d’un siège qui leur est propre. Mais il est toujours à la discrétion du capitaine / cabine manager / agent d’enregistrement et vous pouvez avoir à mettre votre ordinateur, la musique et pyjama dans la cale. Ryanair n’est généralement pas joueur-amical. Contrebasses, des harpes et clavecins ont besoin de voitures ou de camionnettes: les organisateurs du festival tentent de trouver des instruments locaux et / ou essaient de transporter un peu eux-mêmes ou encourager les joueurs à apporter leurs propres si cela est économiquement viable. Mais nous ne pouvons nous permettre d’expédier tout ou à payer pour les conducteurs à un seul occupant à venir à Seillans de loin. S’il vous plaît pensez à ce bien à l’avance – et essayer de Carnet tôt pour les meilleures offres et faire coïncider votre arrivée avec notre transport en bus depuis / vers l’aéroport de Nice ou gare TGV Les Arcs Draguignan.
Aussi …. s’il vous plaît noter les règles douanières européenne suivantes. Bien que cette exigence semble être appliquées principalement en Allemagne et en Autriche, il s’applique dans toute l’Europe et ne pas prêter attention pourrait vous laisser sans instrument. Si vous passez par le mauvais canal, un instrument que l’agent des douanes pense peut-être vaut plus que 5000 € pourraient être confisqués (pour un temps ou pour toujours!) Et si, après avoir fait, que vous n’avez pas les documents appropriés à ce sujet, vous pourriez ont encore à le laisser derrière pour un temps assez long. Voir ci-dessous:

Concerning; Instrument confiscations by Customs in August 2012
Ladies and Gentlemen,
In August 2012, as a result of random checks at a German Airport, Customs officials (temporarily) confiscated 2 historical musical instruments. Two professional musicians had, rather than walking through the red gate for wares to be declared, walked through the green gate for wares that needn’t be declared, with their instruments. With the choice of the wrong gate, they had violated Customs regulations.
The Federal Finance Ministry reminds, once again, that professional musicians should always declare the instruments in their luggage in the red channel. The green channel may, regardless of the value of the wares, only be used with objects that do not have a commercial use. This does not include objects that are used in the perusal of a profession, and is why these Musicians were obliged to have used the red exit. In both cases it was possible to achieve a belated registration of the instruments after documents had been presented later.
Since the question of instrument transportation plays a role in pursuit of your profession, I would beg to indicate with the following suggestions for your behaviour in Customs s and hope, with your support, to prevent the occurrence of similar cases.
Professionally used objects are, on arrival in the Federal Republic of Germany, always to be brought through the red exit for goods to declare, even when all (still necessary) documents proving the freedom from Customs and the legality of the bringing into the Federal Republic are carried with the instrument. To speed the process of bringing professionally used instruments, and avoid the necessity to prove the customs freedom and legality of use in the EU, musicians can apply for a so called “Carnet ATA” for their instrument. With this document, one can enter, exit or travel through with the item of cultural or scientific use, and document the customs status with simplicity. The “Carnet ATA” is valid in all countries that are signatories to the ATA-Treaty. In Germany it is issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
