Avant de quitter mes fonctions en vue du festival de 2026, il me reste deux derni\u00e8res t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. J’envoie aujourd’hui, au nom d’Aidan, les invitations qu’il a pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour rejoindre le CHOEUR du festival 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. J’envoie des invitations Zoom \u00e0 tous les membres \u00e9lus et coopt\u00e9s du Conseil d’Administration<\/strong>, habilit\u00e9 par les statuts de l’association \u00e0 prendre ces d\u00e9cisions. La r\u00e9union Zoom du 16 mars 2026 aura pour objectif de d\u00e9cider :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • des nominations des nouveaux responsables (pr\u00e9sident, secr\u00e9taire et tr\u00e9sorier<\/strong>), pour lesquels nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 sollicit\u00e9 des candidatures. Les responsables actuels quitteront leurs fonctions apr\u00e8s leur d\u00e9part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Le nouveau Bureau pourra utiliser le compte bancaire fran\u00e7ais (en euros) existant et\/ou le Conseil pourra choisir d’ouvrir un nouveau compte multidevises (par exemple chez Wise). Dans les deux cas, un nouveau mandat<\/strong>, sous l’autorit\u00e9 du nouveau Bureau, devra \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par le Conseil. Note : Musique-Cordiale n’est plus un employeur en France et n’a donc plus besoin d’une organisation distincte enregistr\u00e9e en France avec un compte bancaire s\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Nous comprenons que la subvention du Communaut\u00e9 des Communes de Pays de Fayence que nous avons sollicit\u00e9e<\/strong> a probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e pour soutenir l’association dans la gestion du Festival en 2026. Cependant,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Il faudra convenir de certains modalit\u00e9s lors de la r\u00e9union concernant le financement anticip\u00e9 et l’organisation de l’h\u00e9bergement et des d\u00e9placements des musiciens et de l’\u00e9quipe<\/strong> jusqu’\u00e0 la date (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en juin) de versement de la subvention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • La r\u00e9union doit confirmer les modalit\u00e9s concernant d’autres points, notamment la r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches en 2026. Aidan a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une liste de personnes propos\u00e9es et des responsabilit\u00e9s pour 2026<\/strong>, qui devra \u00eatre valid\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Note : pour participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9union, il est indispensable que chacun soit \u00e0 jour de sa cotisation annuelle (par virement bancaire ou en ligne sur le site web par carte bancaire).<\/strong>

      Hello everyone!
      I have 2 final tasks before I retire from this role in preparation for a festival in 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. On Aidan’s behalf, I am today sending out invitations the he has prepared to join the 2026 Festival CHOIR.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. I am sending zoom invitations to all elected and co-opted members of the Conseil d’Administration <\/strong>which has the authority according to the association statuts (constitution) to make such decisions for the evening of 16 March 2026 for a zoom meeting to decide:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Replacement officers, for which we have sought willing nominees, to form the new Bureau (within the Conseil), viz: pr\u00e9sident, secr\u00e9taire et tr\u00e9sorier , after which current officers holders will retire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The new Bureau can use the existing French (Euro) bank account<\/strong> and\/or the Conseil can choose to open a new multi-currency account (e.g. with Wise). In either or both cases, a new mandate under the control of the new Bureau <\/strong>is to be agreed by the meeting of the Conseil. Note: Musique-Cordiale is no longer an employer in France and therefore no longer needs a separate organisation registered in France with a separate account for this purpose.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • We understand that the subvention for which we applied from the Community of Communes of the Pays de Fayence<\/strong> is likely to have been approved to support the association in managing the Festival in 2026. However, in addition,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Some arrangements will need to be agreed at the meeting to cover advanced funding and organising accommodation and travel for musicians and \u00e9quipe<\/strong> until the date (usually in June) when the subvention is paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The meeting needs to confirm arrangements for other matters such as who will manage which tasks in 2026, for which Aidan has prepared a list of proposed people and 2026 responsibilities<\/strong> to be agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Note: to participate in the meeting, it is essential that everyone pays their annual membership subscription PLEASE (to the current bank account or online on the website by card).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
