The Conseil d’administration and its Bureau (officers) are responsible for events organised by the association in France. In addition, a “New Generation” artistic team helped to design & run the 21st International Musique-Cordiale Festival which took place in the Pays de Fayence in 2025. The team included:
- Graham Ross, principal conductor
- Aidan Coburn (programme)
- Tom Crathorne (music tech)
- Alix Mason (local logistics)
- James Heathcote
- Ruth Harrison & Joe Fisher : orchestra
- Charlotte Saudek (front of house)
- Sean Law
- Rebecca Taylor
- Eileen Allen (lunch-time concerts)

Musique-Cordiale is a small group of organizations with limited resources. It depends heavily not only on voluntary effort, ticket sales and subscriptions but also on limited public subsidies (covering about 13% of our costs in 2019) and generous donations that vary from time to time. So the jobs we can offer involve considerable responsibility, but it is difficult for us to provide competitive long-term employment and career opportunities. We have been fortunate to have the services of a series of short-term but capable and hard-working (and pan-European) festival administrators and volunteers. up until 2024, the festival has been organized by the “old team” (but see New Generation Team 2025 information above), and by the members of the board of directors (the Bureau); in 2025, we are gradually shifting from the old team to the new one. Please contact them for all your questions about participation in the festival choir, orchestra or team of assistants – or regarding your travel, accommodation, expenses, music, concert tickets, schedules of repetition – or just about anything else! We hope to attract new people – or recruit – to provide vital energy and drive during the festival itself each year. (We are grateful to Mona Sautier, Hannah Stodart, Barbara Hooymeyer, Marlene Rudloff, Monica Herrera-Pavia and Jess Lyness for their amazing work as festival administrators and team leaders in recent years).
