Michela Zanoni

Harp

Michela Zanoni has been studying the harp since she was 9. Whilst under the tuition of Noelle Vera in Monaco, Michela performed at the Rouen Harp Festival, the day of the harp in Nice and at a concert at Farmleigh House in Dublin as part of the State Visit to Ireland by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. Competition success has included prizes at the “Young Hope” Festival in Grasse, the “Concours Français de la Harpe” of Limoge and the International Harp Competition Marcel Tournier in Italy. After playing as a soloist with the Monaco Philharmonic Orchestra for the Gala concert of the Music Academy Rainier III, she went on to pursue higher education first in Boulogne-Billancourt, kindly supported by SOGEDA, with Anne Ricquebourg, and then in London as a Trinity Laban scholar with Gabriella Dall’Olio. Michela enjoys playing in orchestras and, as a recipient of the Princess Grace scholarship, she participated in the renowned Aspen Music Festival in the USA. She has also played with Symphonew in Cannes and has toured with the Mediterranean Youth Orchestra. As much as she can, Michela seeks to enhance her skills through regular participation in masterclass with internationally renowned harpists and by working in collaboration with artists from different domains.
